All Parts Are In Good Condition When They Leave Factory Muscle Parts, Inc.
If the box is broken, open, or damaged in transit to you, inspect the contents carefully and if damaged or lost, contact the carrier (UPS, FED-EX, U.S. Postal Service, trucking company, etc. immediately. You may also wish to notify us if this happens, but you must notify the carrier first. All packages are insured for their full value and proper delivery is the carrier's responsibility.
DO NOT return the package to us. Returning the package to us can void the insurance coverage on your parts. Please notify the carrier that you received a damaged package and obtain a claim number.
All sales at Factory Muscle Parts carry a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please notify us and we will either exchange the item, or issue a refund upon its return to us in the same condition it was sent out. Return are subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee , which will be charged to customers on ALL returns items, unless the customer chooses other merchandise or equal or greater value. All shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility. All sales are considered final after 30 days and are no longer available for return.
